Unable to run VFP 9 executable

Created a VFP 9 executable (Build - Win32 executable / com server
exe). Created a desktop shortcut to the exe file. Loaded the VFP 9
Runtime files. It runs fine on a Windows 2000 SP4 server, but will not
run on an SBS 2003 SP2 server. When I select the shortcut or run the
exe, it just doesn't respond. When I look under the Task Manager, I
see the process running, but cannot access it. Must End the Process to
stop it. If I run the same exe under VFP 9, it works fine. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "loaded the vfp9 runtime files"? Which files? Where
did you put them? Did you include the C++ runtime, the MSXML parser?
