I have some Office 2003 automations in a current app developed with
VFP9/sp1 under Windows XP. We are currently mandated to migrate to
Windows 7 and Office 2010. Can I expect headaches (as opposed to
hangovers)?
Thanks.

It depends. That's the best answer you'll get with no more information
than this.

Some things will change, which is true with any new version. Microsoft
abandoned "backwards compatibility" years ago. It *shouldn't* be a
major ordeal, unless it is. <g>
